	Cummins Filtration President Pamela Carter named to Spectra Energy Board of Directors
	18 JUN 07 -- Cummins Filtration President Pamela L. Carter has been elected to the board of directors of Spectra Energy Corp., a Houston-based natural gas company. Carter joined Cummins in 1997 and is an established business leader with a diverse background including law, government, international business and general management experience.
